APN is known as [ ACCESS POINT NAMES ]. APN is available on every mobile phones which consist of the configuration settings to browse on mobile phones.

1. Go to your android settings
2. Find and select cellular networks
3. Click on more or simply locate mobile network or data settings
4. Click on APNs, If you are using two sims on your android phone, select on each sims and enter the real mobile internet settings. Check below for data configuration settings for all network in Nigeria.

3. PROXY : 10.199.212.2
4. PORT : 8080
5. USERNAME : WEB
6. PASSWORD : WEB
7. Leave the rest option and Save the APN settings.
CONFIGURURATION SETTINGS FOR GLO SIMS
1. NAME : GLO FLAT
2. APN : gloflat or internet.gloworld.com
3. USERNAME : flat or internet
4. PASSWORD : flat or internet
5. Leave the rest and save.
CONFIGURURATION SETTINGS FOR AIRTEL SIMS
1. NAME : AIRTEL INTERNET or AIRTEL NG
2. APN : internet.ng.zain.com
3. USERNAME : internet
4. PASSWORD : internet
5. PROXY PORT : 8080
6. Leave other informations and save!.
